1. Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must meet the age requirements: “Miss” contestants should be 18–30 years old, and “Mrs” contestants should be 21 or older.
• Contestants must be unmarried, married, or legally divorced, depending on their chosen category.
• All participants must provide authentic and accurate information regarding their personal details.

2. Registration and Fees

• A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure participation in the pageant. The final amount will be communicated to contestants upon selection.
• Registration fees must be paid within the designated period to confirm participation.

3. Conduct and Representation

• Contestants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the pageant and related events.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unethical may result in disqualification, at the discretion of the organizers.
• Contestants must not engage in behavior that could damage the pageant’s reputation or that of its organizers.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Personal information collected through the registration form is confidential and will only be used for pageant-related purposes.
• Contestants consent to allow the organizers to use their name, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5. Rights to Media and Photography

• By participating in the pageant, contestants agree that the organizers may capture images, videos, and audio recordings during the pageant and related activities.
• Contestants grant the organizers full rights to use, distribute, and display these recordings or photographs in all media formats for promotional and marketing purposes, with no restrictions on time or location.

6. Commitment to Pageant Activities

• Selected contestants are required to participate in all scheduled pageant activities, including rehearsals, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Failure to attend mandatory activities without a valid reason may result in disqualification.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreement

• Contestants agree not to disclose confidential information regarding the pageant’s internal proceedings, judging criteria, or other contestants.

8. Judging Criteria and Finality of Decisions

• The decision of the judges is final and binding. No disputes regarding the judging criteria, process, or results will be entertained.
• Judging criteria will include personality, poise, presentation, confidence, and overall impact.

9. Health and Safety

• Contestants must inform the organizers of any pre-existing health conditions that may affect their participation.
• Contestants participate in the pageant at their own risk and release the organizers from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the pageant.

10. Prizes and Awards

• Titleholders and awardees will be required to fulfill obligations to the pageant, including attending events, engaging with sponsors, and promoting the pageant’s mission.
• Prizes and awards may vary, and winners may be required to fulfill additional responsibilities.
